Commissioning

1. Power the device via USB.
2. Connect to Wi-Fi PC-Restarter-XXXXXX (phone or laptop).
3. The setup page opens automatically.
4. If it does not open automatically, browse to http://192.168.4.1.
5. Select your home Wi-Fi and save credentials.

After setup, the device is reachable at:

http://pc-restarter.local

Recommended checks after setup:

1. Trigger Power On and verify PC reaction.
2. Trigger Power Off and verify controlled shutdown.
3. Trigger Reset and verify restart behavior.
4. Verify status reporting in web UI or API.

After successful validation, PC Restarter is ready for continuous operation.
